A recent hardware or software change might be the cause'. It gives me two options: 'start windows normally' and 'launch system repair'. When i choose to start it normally, it goes onto the screen with the green loading bar and the windows copyright sign and freezes on that, leaving me no way to do anything except hold the off button until it restarts. He was watching a video on it, then he went to eat breakfast. When he returned to his laptop, it had restarted and was running some Startup Recovery process. After that finished, it just went on to continue the boot, loading up Windows. Unfortunately, 30 seconds to a minute after logging in, it restarts again, and it just keeps on going. Some times, it will reboot before it has 0210 stuck key even given a chance to log in. We even tried to restore the system to factory settings, according to the instructions, by pressing the ThinkPad blue button, but it turned out that option was not available. Can anyone help?
