Contact your exchange server administrator or ISP to install valid certificate on the server. Support code 0x80072F0D I am receiving this error on my 0x80072f0d windows 10 HTC Touch Win Mobile 6.1 when trying to setup exchange sync. - I followed all the steps outlined in KB 817379. -IIS on the exchange server has an in-house cert installed configured with common name to x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x is the public IP address. This is because we do not have an actual website being hosted at this address. We do have a second IP address that has a website but its taken up by Citrix) - From the HTC Touch, browsing to https://x.x.x.x/oma gives the following message: Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, there is a problem with the site's security certificate. The certificate was issued by a company you have not chose to trust. The certificate date is valid.
