I deleted and then added my email accounts but that didn't work. I bought RegCure to repair any Windows Registry defective files, but that did not work. Any suggestions? I rather not uninstall Outlook since I will lose all of my email, and I don't know if that would 0x800ccc90 outlook solve the problem. Outlook will send email out, just not receive. When it does receive, it just keeps receiving in the same 4 or 5 emails over and over again. I tried my Outlook Express, and it has the same problem. Thanks for any help. Julie.
