Hello. I hope acer erecovery 0x9411 that you guys can help me with a problem. I just purchased an Acer Aspire One laptop and I tried to create the Factory Default Restore disk utilizing the Acer eRecovery program. The disk writes 100%, but the verification portion of the process fails at 19% for DVD and 35% for CD-RW. I get an error code of 0x9411 for DVD and an error code of 0x9410 for CD-RW. Yeah, I was using the DVD-R. It gave me an error code of 0x9411 during the disk verification process. I tried using the CD-RW to see if that would make a difference and it gave me the code of 0x9410. This is not a fix , but have found this resolved http://forums.hexus.net/help-technical-a... Burn with a DVD-R and not +R . found another now says this is not the problem. http://www.justanswer.com/questions/3bug... I Know this also is not a fix but as i see it you have two options make a user back up to hard drive with you erecovery management then burn a "user backup disc " ( or try to) as your computer is new with out many changes this is the next best thing to "factory" or get an exchange or repair
