After reviewing the steps to fix, it states to find common name in registry which I did. (Network connection manager class) Then to change permissions in dcom for this component. Problem is I cannot find a component with this common name? Does anyone 10016 windows 10 have an idea as to what component might be causing this issue or how to fix?
