has gone wrong. Trending Now Answers Relevance Rating Newest Oldest Best Answer: OK, my guess is you probably have a dual tuner. Disconnecting from the AC for a minute is good advice. However, before doing that, on error 502 you should get an "OK" option. Press select and this should take you to the "installation summary screen." Next, press "test" and let it run the check switch. Hopefully when it's done you will have green OKs across the board. Cancel out to programming. If this does not work, go for the Hard Reset. i.e. disconnect the power from all receivers in the house. After disconnecting the power, re-establish the satellite in connections on the back of your receivers. You do this by disconnecting the coax cables that are plugged into "sat in" for 30 seconds. Then plug all "sat in" connections back in. Then plug all power back in. Wait for systems to come back on by themselves. Cross your fingers.
