Memsource Support Key Master Posted 3 years ago This is a known problem with US T-mobile - they fail to route to certain web services, including to Memsource. However, there is a workaround: Always use https for all communication, including using https from Memsource Editor. That should get you connected. You should report this issue to T-Mobile, so that they fix this. Their users seem to have similar problems connecting not just to Memsource: http://support.t-mobile.com/message/208262 http://support.t-mobile.com/message/213445 http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20111118201827AAqUxY7 http://support.t-mobile.com/message/203605 http://t-mobilesupportalcommunity2.hosted.jivesoftware.com/thread/34299 Topic Closed This topic has been closed to new replies. There's no need to tell them that you were in the middle of enjoying a delicious breakfast of ham and eggs when ESP told you that things with your site were awry. If your hosting service or webmaster does not allow phone support and takes more than 10 minutes to respond to an URGENT request, it is high time you used a better hosting service. I recommend BlueHost and Hostgator. Twiddle your thumbs while you think of what to do next. Post to social networking sites.
