In the right pane, right click on CD and DVD: Deny read access and click on Properties. Check the option disabled. Close Local Group Policy Editor windows. If that doesn’t work, the try in a new user account. Follow the steps mentioned below to create a new user account. To create a new profile, you must first create a new user account. When the account is created, a profile will also be created.
