I told him that I php mysqli access denied wan't able very familiar with php, but I will take a look. You see he had hired someone to do it, but he lost contact with that person and he needed some modifications. I am not sure what I did, but know it give a error page, that "Site is off-line" and "The mysqli error was: Access denied for user." Does anybody know a fix for this, like I said I am not familiar with php and MySQL, I just have done a few mickey mouse (simple) pages with FTP and Frontpage. Either password is not correct (most probably), or (less likely as it can hardly be done unintentionally) the user has been stripped of all privileges. When messing with settings.php, it is recommended to keep a backup (yeah, I know this piece of advice is kind of late now). Posted by charly00 on May 25, 2013 at 8:52pm Tenía instalado http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19015269/the-mysql-error-was-access-denied-for-user localmente drupal 6 y había avanzado un poco en cuanto a mi sitio web. The site is currently mysqli access denied not available due to technical problems. Please try again later. Thank you for your understanding. But I still get the same message and I don't know why. Is there any other place where the password is kept?
