Laserfiche Workflow Access Denied 9013
2014 • Show version history Good morning, When I try to copy documents between repositories, I get the following error: Error Code: 9013 Error Message: Permission denied. Access denied. [9013:0xc0042335] ------------ Technical Details: ------------ LFCommonDialogs83.dll (8.3.1.661): Call Stack: (Current) CImport::ImportBriefcaseStream Call History: GetProfileValue CVolumeComboBox::AddVolume CVolumeFolderDialog::OnOK WriteOptionString ([Settings]BriefcaseVolume) SetProfileValue AddProfile LoadAttributePrefix UpdateProfile Any suggestions on how to copy documents between repositories? I am using a 64 bit Windows 7 machine, I am an administrator, and I am using Windows authentication to log in to Laserfiche. I have full permissions in both repositories that I am trying to work with. One of my coworkers is able to copy between repositories, and he supposedly has an identical rig and setup as I do, so I'm having difficulty isolating the issue with my workstation. Thank you, Rosie 0 0 Post Link Replies Sort by: Most popular Most popular Oldest to newest Newest to oldest replied on June 24, 2014 This error occurs when a user does not have access to an entry, template, field, volume, or certain actions. Even though you are an administrator, there may be restrictions on your access. For example, in the creation of a new folder, document or repository, the creator may not have granted you access rights. The error message shown states the error occurred in the import rather than the export of the documents. Check your access rights for the repository, volume and folders that you are trying to move the documents to. Note: Having access to a repository does not mean that you have access to all of its volumes. Info on the error message itself is foun

[9013] Quick Fields Updated February 27, 2014 Subscribe Subscribed asked on February 27, 2014 • Show version history When running a scheduled session, I'm getting the 9013 error (Permission Denied). I am running Quick Fields Agent tool under the Local System account. Does this account need to have access to the Universal Capture search folder and the Laserfiche repository for which the session is set up to use? I thought the account configured in the session was used during when the schedule ran. https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/58354/Error-code-9013-when-copying-between-repository Versions are LF 8.3.1. 0 0 Post Link Replies Sort by: Most popular Most popular Oldest to newest Newest to oldest replied on February 27, 2014 If the universal capture directory is on a network location then quick fields agent needs to run under a windows service account with access to that location. The account credentials stored in the QF session will only affect the connection to the laserfiche https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/51443/Permission-Denied-9013 server. They have no bearing on windows permissions. 1 0 Post Link replied on February 27, 2014 Chris is right that the service account for QF Agent needs rights to the Universal Capture directory, However, 9013 is a Laserfiche Server error, so it's got nothing to do with Universal Capture. "Permission denied" is a pretty generic error, so it is hard to say what is wrong just from the message. If you right-click the schedule in QFAgent's Admin Console and choose Analyze from the context menu, you will get a list of the individual runs by time. Pick the one with the error and look at the Errors tab. It should list the error along with debugging in formation. Please paste the whole message here. 0 0 Post Link Be the first to start a discussion, ask a question, or create a checklist .
