you'll see a new folder "comcast antispy" open that contains an uninstall file. Run the uninstall program. Reboot your system and double check the process is no longer running (Task Manager). You'll then need to manually remove the folder called "comcasttb". Note: If the comcasttb folder is not located in the Program Files folder, you will need to search your hard drive for it. What Is Access Violation At Address

Access Violation at address 00423B70 in Module 'ComcastAntispy.exe' Write of address 0000000D To close these programs and turn off your computer, click Shut down now. You may lose work that you haven't saved. I have run McAfee full scan, but nothing turns up. Thanks to the tips on this forum, I found how to remove it. Go the the C:\Program Files (x86)\comcasttb\ComcastSpywareScan folder (for a 32-bit system, omit the x86 part) In this folder, double-click the Uninstall.exe file. Click Next, follow the prompts and it access violation won't slow you down again!
