Is there another way I can find where it is looking for?Using a %TEMP% search I found a temp folder for Acrobat Distiller 10 at C: > User > Jen > AppData > Local > Temp. Not even Acrobat 9 is supported anymore. This makes the information you got from Adobe understandable. Which version of Windows are you running on? Is this version compatible with Acrobat 8? If you are running on a not supported version of the OS, and you ended up with e.g. an update to Windows, that may have broken your PDF printer. You can try to fix this by running the Repair function,
