ACTION: Follow the steps below to resolve active server this issue: Open Microsoft IIS (also known as Internet Information Services, an Administrative Tool in Windows). Right-click on the MicroStrategy virtual directory and select 'Properties', as shown below: Click on the configuration button on the 'Virtual Directory' tab, as shown below: Highlight the .aspx extension, as shown below, and click the 'Edit' active server pages button: Replace the existing Executable path with C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll (use this path if using Microsoft Windows 2000) or C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll (use this path if using Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2003.)
