'ASP 0221' message; browser Technote (troubleshooting) Problem(Abstract) Error encountered when attempting to access active server pages error asp 0140 the TM1Web login page. Symptom Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0221' Invalid @ Command directive /tm1web/tm1weblogin.aspx, line 1 The specified 'Page language='C#' Codebehind-'TM1WebLogin.aspx.cs" AutoEventWireup='false' Inherits="Applix.TM1.Web.Page.TM1WebLogin" ' option is unknown or invalid. Cause Virtual directory is using the incorrect .dll file. Resolving the problem The TM1Web virtual directory must be configured to use the https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/246828 correct .dll file: C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_isapi.dll. The exact path will vary slightly based on platform/version of .NET being used. Make sure you are using the correct version of .NET for your version of TM1. To modify the path to the .dll file: 1. Right click on the TMWeb virtual directory in IIS Manager and select properties. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21458225 2. Select the “Virtual Directory” tab 3. Select the “Configuration” button. 4. On the "Mappings" tab, verify that there is only one entry for .aspx and that it points to the path specified above. 5. If it is not pointing to the correct path, click the Edit button and correct it. For newer IIS versions: 1. Click on the TM1Web virtual directory and in the TM1Web Home section to the right, choose Handler Mappings to see if the aspnet_isapi.dll is present. 2. If it needs to be added, in the upper right under Actions choose Add Module Mapping... 3. Enter the path and choose IsapiModule as the Module.
