I tried looking up how to fix the problem on google and microsoft, and all I could find was something saying to manually delete some files and reinstall active movie. After doing this, the error still occurred. I've included a screenshot of the window that pops-up to notify me of the error. If anyone can shed some light on what this means or can tell me how to fix it I would be most appreciative. Thanks.
