I have been using Ad Aware antivirus since this year. I think this is the best free antivirus ever. Most of the malware ad aware service unavailable windows 10 available today are being detected by Ad Aware antivirus & is being updated daily through the definition files. Ever since I use this Ad Aware, I don't have any malware problems any longer. I don't have any problem using Ad Aware until yesterday. I can't find any answer in your faqs or forum, so I have to post the question & problem on this forum. I couldn't update from version 11.4.6792.0 to version 11.5.202.7299 I had downloaded the update file from download.cnet.com with no problem. The problem came after I try to install the update. I got an error message "Couldn't get server web installer info". Is this problem temporaly or permanent? I don't know! In the past months, I can update my Ad Aware with no problem whatsoever. I had read the previous posts in this forum. For your info, I don't use any proxy settings in my Internet Explorer. I had checked. For firewall, I even turn it completely off to try to update, but unfortunately still couldn't do so! There shouldn't be any problems in my Inte
