Back to top #3 kijang kijang Newbie Members 6 posts Posted 20 August 2013 - 03:29 PM Hi kijang, Sometimes it's due to a problem with the Windows Installer program and that can usually be solved by running the "Fix it" on http://support.micro...l_and_Uninstall . Thank you for your suggestion. I tried Microsoft Fix it but it did not find any problem. This is what I did: -run msFixit -press "yes" to UAC -press "accept" to MS license agreement -press "detect problems and apply the fixes for me(recommended)" -press "installing" -choose "not listed" because I can not find any lavasoft or adaware program. Then the program said it did not detect any problem and no fixes were applied. Any other suggestion? I might be able to give you installation log if you give me some pointer.
