We are using a https://vox.veritas.com/t5/Backup-Exec/Adamm-mover-error-Unload-Status-Failure-Error-ERROR-FILE-NOT/td-p/42817 Seagate Traven 40 tape drive.The issue I will be describing has been present from the time we purchased Veritas - at which time we were at ver 8.0. No recent updates or Service packs (I recently installed SP3 for 9.1) have resolved the issue.Basically what happens is that the backups will run fine for about a week, and then one moring I will come in and discover that the backup to TAPE job has hung at loading media or something like that. The only thing I can do is to cancel the job, and reboot the server. Starting and stopping the Veritas services does not work - which leads me to believe it is an issue between Veritas and the tape device's drivers...I should mention that the backup to disk device jobs run just fine - it is just the tape job that this happens too...Since this server is our primary domain controller etc...etc.. it is a bit of a pain to reboot it. Also, it means the backup to tape job did not run, which of course is critical as far as I'm concerned.The exact error we are receiving in the application log is SOurce: Backup Exec ID: 33152Description:Adamm Mover Error: Unload Status Failure!Error = ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUNDDrive = "Seagate 1" {500E5ECC-E7C2-4904-B94D-F40BDDCE73B9}
