Please go to the following location in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ IOManager Then remove the quotes at the beginning and end of the following line under the Reg_Expand_SZ - ImagePath. To create a local user account: - Log into your MS Live account. - Select Settings -> Change PC Settings -> Users -> Switch to Local User. - Provide account details.
