It advised me to restart, close all programs, & repeat the install. It generated the same results. Then some help programs started appearing, which were confusing. One program said it was downloading help files, but I can't find them, & they're probably over my head anyway. Another program indicated it found nothing it could help me with. As it closed, it popped up a message "Creative Suite Product Install Inspector has identified the issue(s) that needs attention. An issue report has been generated. Adobe will use this issue report to help address the issue(s) in the future." The message appeared to upload & disappear. It doesn't sound like it's going to benefit me. Don't know where I'll go from here.
