While I was online with Adobe Tech Support, the rep shared my screen and ran Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner on my system erasing my Photoshop CS6. Later, I ran https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1132788 the Photoshop CS6 uninstaller, which seemed to solve my problem with Acrobat XI Pro, since after that I was able to install and update Adobe Acrobat. However, this still left me with Photoshop CS6 missing from my system. So I re-installed Photoshop CS6, and that seemed to work okay. However, when I tried to Update the program, I kept getting error messages that the Updates could not be applied. I've tried a number of solutions that I found in the forums. I've tried to uninstall, then re-install Photoshop CS6. I've downloaded the updates separately (except for Camera RAM, which I cannot find). I've restarted the computer. I've turned off the anti-virus and firewall. Somehow, I've managed to get Photoshop 13.0.1 installed. I just can't figure this out. I haven't called Adobe yet, but it is a little annoying since the rep was the one who ran the CS6 cleaner on my system. Extension Manager 6.0.4 UpdateInstallation failed.
