By prashant9885 · 8 years ago Environment Details:R12.0 (5582) / WINDOWS SERVER 2003 R2 SP2 (X64)Problem Description:When backing up a Windows 2003, 64 bit (x64) server, the agent can fail with ae0312 unexpected error the error ?AE0312 Unexpected error occurred in Client Agent. Job Failed.?This problem will appear to happen at the start of the first volume backed up on the Windows 2003, x64 servers. One job fails only on the C drive of one Windows 2003 server. This only happens on one of my servers being backed up and we are backing up 26 servers. And the current patch status. What is the disk location of your staging area.
