Symptom The full error displayed when trying to run report from DQA is: CM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21341553 error in the response header. The error "cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login." can be found in the response SOAP header. CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21663793 with the client. Cause Cognos BI server installation and Dynamic Query Analyzer installation are not installed with the same Fix Pack level. Resolving the problem Install the same fix pack on both installation. Verify in the cmplst.txt files from each install that you have the same version. The Cognos server has been unstable recently and, as a result, the server is rebooted each evening at 10.45pm. At around 6.30pm a couple of reports start to error, then no scheduled reports run until after the reboot. We have a support contract but they don't seem to be able to help. Any ideas?
