John Hall Feb 9, 2009 6:46 AM (in response to callpraveenin1973) generally, you can take care of this by going to the Project menu > Clean. It may take a couple times. If it doesn't solve the problem, try deleting the files in the bin-debug folder and clean the project again. Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 2. Re: An internal build error has occurred. All switch statements have a case so that isn't an issue either.Says to right click on the error for more info but that brings ups broken

Right-click for moreinformation Posted by Almost Noted on July 3, 2008 Error: An internal build error has occurred. Right-click for more information I struggled finding the solution for this error. But you couldn't guess!! the solution is very simple Search for a switch statement without any cases. For example: switch(value) { //No cases } Remove that and recompile the application. Boom!!!! The error disappears. It is as simple as that. I hope this is useful to you all. Like this:Like Loading... Related This entry was posted on July 3, 2008 at 11:42 am and is filed under Flex. In Danyul's post 68 I found the solution: when trying to combine Flex Builder for Linux 3 Alpha 5 with Eclipse 3.5 (which is officially not possible), the compiler will halt on all warnings! So cure the warnings in the project that throws the above error, and it will compile. The cleaner solution is, of course, a patch that sorts out the ProblemManager problem. Installing this is discussed in above-mentioned Danyul's post 68. There is even an unofficial port of Flash Builder 4 beta to Linux (referred to here and in various other blogs), but I could not get hold of the files.
