Creating your account only takes a few minutes. Join Now First of all, thanks for all the help, and I want to let you know an internal that I'm not an Expert on Exchange. Here what is the problem, no one can receive or send an email. When I take a look to the event viewer there is a lot of the same error ID 9175 source: MSExchangeSA Category: Mapi session. There are other error that talk about it can't mount the datastore. I attached a print screen of what it looks like. If I try to mount the datastore, I have another error, ID C1041724: An an internal processing internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service, or both. When researching this error it says there might not be enough space, but there is plenty, the database are actually pretty small: priv1.edb is 6 GB and Priv1.stm is 8.8 GB I try to stop the Exchange services and mount the datastore, but it didn't work. I rebooted the server 2-3 times Any help would be appreciated. I notice from the screenshot that you have a "\\" double slash in the path. Try taking one of them out and trying again. Also ensure the path is correct of course. Default installation is: x:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb Start with ruling out the simple things :) 0 Habanero OP Drew Dunkel Sep 8, 2010 at 7:58
Protection for Domino Restore domino; restore; ans0238s; "rc = 419" Technote (troubleshooting) Problem(Abstract) During a Tivoli Data Protection for Domino restore to an alternate, rebuilt, or upgraded Windows system, the following error may be reported: ACD0003S An internal processing error has occurred. Symptom The restore fails, and no other errors are reported in domdsm.log. Cause The database is a different bitlevel than the system on which the restore is attempted. Diagnosing the problem To trace the problem behavior, run the following command from a DOS prompt in the Tivoli Data Protection for Domino directory, to bring up the GUI with tracing: domdsm /traceflag=service /tracefile=x:\path\to\tracefile.log Then run the restore again. If the following lines appear in the trace, then the issue is most likely that the user is attempting to restore a 32-bit database to a 64-bit system, which is not supported: domconsu.cpp (1309): No errors were detected but the entire database was not restored domconsu.cpp (1438): Exit consumeToDbFile(), rc = 419 Resolving the problem Restore the database in question to a 32-bit system.
