Create a new message and just start typing the name of the distribution list in the To: field and once auto-fill completes the entry, select delete on the keyboard. The distribution list will then be deleted from the NK2 file of the user. 4. Try to re-use the distribution list by starting a new message, press the To: button and find the distribution list. The preference should be GAL. Open the list to view all members and select Update Now button. Once updated create a New Message and start typing the name in the To: field and an internal once auto-fill completes the entry select delete on the keyboard. Then manually navigate to the Distribution list. Finally, if this does not resolve the issue you’ll need to delete the Distribution List and recreate it.
