"Error: An Internal Error Has Occurred." when I navigate to /user/login I am seeing this error: "Not Found" "Error: The requested address '/user/login' was not found on this server." I made sure "a2enmod rewrite" is enabled, I am https://github.com/MISP/MISP/issues/609 using the default_ssl .conf for apache from the INSTALL folder, and I have combed through the installation guide. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Malware Information Sharing Platform & Threat Sharing member iglocska commented Aug 21, 2015 MISP by default is not very verbose about errors through the interface, but the reason for the error is logged. Could you have a look at /var/www/MISP/app/tmp/logs/error.log and paste the stack trace of the error here? kpiersonSEC commented Aug 21, 2015 As you requested: Request URL: /user/login Stack Trace: #0 /var/www/MISP/app/webroot/index.php(92): Dispatcher->dispatch(Object(CakeRequest), Object(CakeResp$ #1 {main} 2015-08-21 14:25:39 Error: [MissingControllerException] Controller class UserController could not be $ Exception Attributes: array ( 'class' => 'UserController', 'plugin' => NULL, ) Request URL: /user/login Stack Trace: #0 /var/www/MISP/app/webroot/index.php(92): Dispatcher->dispatch(Object(CakeRequest), Object(CakeResp$ #1 {main} Malware Information Sharing Platform & Threat Sharing member iglocska commented Aug 21, 2015 It should be users/login not user/login, but you should get redirected there anyway

Thanks for your help ali 2016-06-19 17:06:00 UTC #2 http://blog.ecoteki.com/webservice/post-1203/ You should open the logs/error.log for more detailed error messages and activate the debug mode in app.php. That generic error message can mean many things, an internal so we won't be able to help until you post the more detailed messages. walex008 2016-06-19 17:43:08 UTC #3 Thanks ali Guess i should have done that initially. Here is the error as present in the error log`2016-06-19 15:04:29 Notice: Notice (8): Undefined variable: SITEURL in [/home/trinityr/public_html/app/View/Errors/error500.ctp, line 21]Trace:include - APP/View/Errors/error500.ctp, line an internal error 21View::_evaluate() - CORE/Cake/View/View.php, line 971View::_render() - CORE/Cake/View/View.php, line 933View::render() - CORE/Cake/View/View.php, line 473Controller::render() - CORE/Cake/Controller/Controller.php, line 960ExceptionRenderer::_outputMessage() - CORE/Cake/Error/ExceptionRenderer.php, line 289ExceptionRenderer::error500() - CORE/Cake/Error/ExceptionRenderer.php, line 257ExceptionRenderer::render() - CORE/Cake/Error/ExceptionRenderer.php, line 187ErrorHandler::handleException() - CORE/Cake/Error/ErrorHandler.php, line 127[main] - [internal], line ?? Thanks for your help ali 2016-06-19 18:54:01 UTC #4 Well, I suspect some configuration file is missing or incomplete; The variable SITEURL should probably be set somewhere, maybe you're supposed to set it manually. You can try to set it in your AppController beforeFilter and then try again. However, chances are that it won't solve the error (but maybe show the real one), since this error is only being shown because of another server error... So yeah, please try to set the variable and if a new error is recorded, please post it, too. walex008 2016-06-19 20:37:39 UTC #5 This is what is present in my appcontroller file ilexec();}$ln='/ioncube/'.$ln;$oid=$id=realpath(ini_get('extension_dir'));$here=dirname(FILE);if(strlen($id)>1&&$id[1]==':'){$id=str_replace('\','/',substr($id,2));$here=str_replace('\','/',substr($here,2));}$rd=str_repeat('/..',substr_count($id,'/')).$here.'/';$i=strle
