This can be caused by a variety of issues with the Distribution List and should be should involve trouble-shooting steps in the following order: Check recipients for possible duplicates – lists are sometime created using duplicate names in the GAL and Contacts. The preference should be GAL. Open the list to view all members and select Update Now button. Once updated create a New Message and start typing the name in the To: field and once auto-fill completes the entry select delete on the keyboard. Then manually navigate to the Distribution list. Finally, if this does not resolve the issue you’ll need to delete the Distribution List and recreate it. If this does not resolve the issue please contact Radiology IT. Like this:Like Loading...
