Phone dialer works, but OL2002 refuses to dial after removing an old modem and installing a new one to solve another problem. There is a utility called Tapi Browser (tb20.exe) that you can use to troubleshoot TAPI issues. Try removing the password (leave the user name though) and see if that helps. You'll probably have to reboot the box to get the Wi
