It is generally considered most unwise to run a powerful malware tool such as ComboFix unless you have been trained in its use...... if you have not been trained in this way then it is recommended that you run no further specialist tools like it until you have received a response from a trusted malware fighter, who will advise you on the correct and safe procedures to follow. I see you have posted in the HijackThis_Logs_and_Infections_Removal forum, the malware fighters over there are pretty busy at the moment, as the number of folks in trouble, sometimes exceeds the number of trained malware fighters available.
