Steven_loon Level 1 (0 points) Q: An unknown error has occurred in Entourage Hi, I'm currently using MACbook Air using Entourage version 8. I have an issue forwarding or replying a particular mail with chinese wording content. Once i click send or forward with that email, I will be prompted: " The action could not be completed. An unknown error has occurred in Entourage" I have no issue sending or even receive this email. Initially i thought, it might be due to the chinese content but when i tried to paste the chinese content on to a new mail, i was able to send. Any help or advise on this issue? What could be the cause of this?Regards,Steven MacBook Air Posted on Feb 19, 2014 4:23 PM I have this question too Close Q: An unknown error has occurred in Entourage All replies Helpful answers by Tom Gewecke, Tom Gewecke Feb 20, 2014 11:25 AM in response to Steven_loon Level 9 (79,316 points) Feb 20, 2014 11:25 AM in response to Steven_loon Also you can search/ask in the forum devoted to the issues of this product:http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac/forum/macother Helpful (0) Reply options Link to this post by themachead, themachead Feb 20, 2014 11:31 AM in response to Steven_loon Level 3 (769 points) iPhone Feb 20, 2014 11:31 AM in response to Steven_loon Possibly you have an invalid e-mail address in one of the recipients.
