I am completely new to this forum but I am desperate!! Every time I try to burn a playlist to a disc from my itunes, the software checks the playlist, and initializes the disc, and then I get the message " The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (2131)." I have emailed support twice and have gotten responses with numerous trouble shooting ideas...all to no avail. I have the newest itunes downloaded. My burn program is working correctly because I have successfully burned with it. I am wasting cd's each time I try to burn from itunes because it does initialize the disc. I am so extremely frustrated and am looking at other paid downloading sites, but am disappointed because I really wanted to use itunes, in addition to wasting 15 dollars on the songs that I cannot burn to a cd. Has anyone ever gotten this error message before? Does anyone know what it means and what I can do to fix it? PLEASE anyone that can help I would appreciate it sooooooooo very much!!!! I have no idea what to do anymore! Thank you so much!!!
