104 Please Login to Remove! I keep receiving the message App Error 104 nearly every minute or so, once I press continue I then have to reset the time and date

on the handset. I did an update of my app world about a week ago so I can only put it down to that. I'm a bit of a techniphobe so don't really have a clue in this department... Does anyone have any ideas?
