del sistema operativo 18 agosto 2010•91 Comments Attenzione: Ci sono diverse guide sul web su come risolvere questo problema, ma con questa cerco di raggruppare tutte le soluzioni, mettendo in ordine le tante informazioni frammentarie sparse per il web. Ogni tanto può capitare che un BlackBerry, qualsiasi modello, smetta di funzionare, mostrando una schermata bianca con la scritta "App Error 523". Si tratta di un codice di errore che viene ricondotto all'installazione di applicazioni di terze parti non compatibili pienamente con il terminale BB, ma a volte può ugualmente verificarsi il problema senza aver installato alcun nuovo software. Non interroghiamoci oltre sul perché, cerchiamo invece di trovare una soluzione. Mi sono imbattuto in prima persona in questo problema e la procedura di risoluzione non è stata semplice e diretta come avrei sperato. Per risolvere il problema potete prima provare con un reset software o con quello hardware (rimozione batteria per circa 30 secondi). Nel 99% dei casi non funzionerà, come testimoniano le molte discussioni presenti in rete. Dovremo quindi procedere alla reinstallazione del sistema operativo. Prima, però, bisogna fare il "wipe" del telefono, cioè quella procedura cancella dei dati di base sul telefono, rovinando irrimediabilmente il sistema operativo. Una volta eseguito il wipe, il BB ci restituirà un altro errore, il "507", che per noi è una buona notizia, poiché da questo punto possiamo reinstallare il sistema operativo. Di seguito, per punti, la procedura da seguire per fare il wipe e la reinstallazione del sistema operativo. Preparazione Scarichiamo e installiamo su un PC il software "Jl_Cmder", necessario per il wipe. Scaricatelo da qui: http://www.blackberryfreaks.com/JL_Cmder.html Attenzione: si tratta di un semplice software che lavora in ambiente DOS (tramite prompt di Windows) a 16 bit. Se avete un sistema a 32 potrete usare l'interfaccia di comando, altrimenti dovrete procedere da riga di comando. La procedura è però semplice. Scaricate e installate sul PC il Desktop Magare e l'Handheld OS.
