I did a repair of Windows XP Home SP2 and still have this problem. Can anyone help. (My problem started then) Web mail is working now, it did not at first). Last call to Comcast there rep told me to call Microsoft.... BG Pass the buck game. I doubt it is Microsoft's issue. I even deleted the old account and set up a new one, that did not work either. Funny thing is my other email address continue to work correctly.
