In the VBA environment, I selected the reference to the Microsoft Outlook 11.0 Object Library. This automation error library program works fine on all computers using Windows XP but we recently purchased a laptop with Windows 7 running Office 2003 and on that computer the runtime error -2147319779 (8002901d) Automation error - library not registered occurs. Reply Quote Flag Mark as Helpful (0) Bookmark G. Carleton Foster over 1 year ago05/01/15 at 4:16 pm (UTC) I just downloaded version '13 and running into the same error. My IT department (who doesn't support Articulate) did take a look at my system, said I am current and even updated my Java for me (not typically allowed here). But I am still getting that same error when I try to sync animations. I was able to use Articulate on a personal PC, so I don't think it is the version. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. A repair may better suit your needs.
