Perhaps on Vista, you need to grant permission on the file. We know that Vista has much tighter security, including file and folder access. share|improve this answer answered May 3 '09 at 19:42 DOK 24.8k64483 Not that I could see. I logged in with CoPilot and was able to create/edit files in his temp directory with no problems. –KerryF May 3 '09 at 20:19 The permission has to be granted to the app user, which is probably different from your own login. –DOK May 3 '09 at 20:31 How can I test this then? The program is setup to run as administrator. –KerryF May 3 '09 at 21:07 add a comment| Did you find this question interesting?
