Could you please help me understand what can be done in order to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance! I've created a userform to update those items, and on my machine everything works exactly as inteded. However when I send the file to anyone else, Excel will open it up fine but crash as soon as a macro is activated. Also, when I send the file to a Mac user with Office 2011, rather than crashing I get a vague "Automation Error" and the debug brings me straight to the first line of the sub I'm trying to activate. I have no idea whats happening! I'm not entirely sure what code I should paste here as there is quite a bit of it and I have no idea which line is causing this issue (debugger can't activate as excel simply crashes). I'm hoping that this is a more common issue and is likely related to a general system setting. Though if anyone would like to see the file or code to help this process, let me know.
