With the bad_pool_caller error, your BSoD should look like this: BAD_POOL_CALLER in Windows 7. Or this: BAD_POOL_CALLER in Windows 8. I have done the following checks: 1. SFC Check - 'clear' 2. Tried a registry clean but not sure if the software was legit as it kept finding files but everytime I deleted them, and re-scanned, they were back.... 3. Windows Memory Diagnostic - 'Clear' 4. Chkdsk' through command prompt which again was - 'clear' so this is my next step, to post my dmp file and see what you people think.... Bug Check 0xC2: BAD_POOL_CALLER To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows. Please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here. if you can't see dmp files, make sure your Windows is configured correctly [2][3] to generate dumps.
