It gets the same error "Unable to display the BlackBerry ID agreement" error blackberry id even though it connected to my router fine. There was a recall for this issue earlier but that was back in May. Anyone else have this problem? Do I have a lemon or are they just getting hammered this morning? #1 Slaimus, Nov 25, 2011 Slacker Diamond Member Joined: Oct 9, 1999 Messages: 8,554 Likes Received: 11 found this on a couple of web sites. Heres the fix playbook blackberry id guys. Fire up your Blackberry Desktop manager. Plug in your Playbook. Now turn off your playbook by pressing the power button on the top. Once your playbook is turned off. Power it back on without unplugging the device. You will then get an error message, hit the update option. The BB Desktop Manager will find an 'unbrick' update. Let it do its thing (30 min or so). Once the playbook is update it will reboot. Once it reboots, follow the prompts! Enjoy your new toy!!!Click to expand... Heres the fix guys: 1. fire up your bb desktop manager 2. plug in your PB while still on 3. now reset the PB by holding down the power button until it reboots. 4. when it reboots the desktop manager will show an error, click on the update icon. Desktop manager will now unbrick your PB. It will take about 25 min to unbrick. The PB will do its thing. When the PB comes back to life proceed with the setup process. The PB should let you complete the setup now. Hope that helps.Click to expand... https://www.google.com/search?q=about%3ATabs&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=&oe=#sclient=psy-ab&hl=en&safe=off&rls=com.microsoft:en-us%3AIE-SearchBox&source=hp&q=Playbook+Stuck+on+ID+Agreement+&pbx=1&oq=Playbook+Stuck+on+ID+Agreement+&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=s&gs_upl=3549l3549l0l4889l1l1l0l0l0l0l130l130l0.1l1l0&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=cd4594461f90a710&biw=928&bih=719 #2 Slacker, Nov 26, 2011 (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
