B1f Init 5
2 Duo Graphics: Integrated? Hello you awesome people. My spiffy Hackintosh has been misbehaving recently and clover b1f init 5 after searching and trying all I could find, I still am unable to fix it. I have had a perfectly running hack for boot1 error yosemite several months ( i5 3570k, GA-Z77-DS3H, Nvidia GT 640, Samsung 128GB SSD, Corsair 16GB ram) but now all of a sudden it decided it won't boot, instead giving me this: boot0: GPT boot0: test boot0: test boot0: done boot1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPEXR1NfgwI error_ I have researched this issue and found out that it does boot from a USB, then working as usual, I tried re-installing everything including bootloader from most recent Multibeast, I also took out the SSD, plugged into other macbook and did all the disk repair, verify permissions, etc, but nada. It still won't boot on its own, without the USB. Any help, or advice on where to go from there? I suppose a fresh re-install could fix https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/boot0-boot1-error-hack-boots-only-from-usb-help.95131/ the problem, but first I would like to see if there is any other way to fix this. Thanks a lot - you are an excellent community, I trust in you! I tried first the second method (unplugged HDD, plugged it into other Mac, ran multibeast) and didn't work. Now I've tried the dd if=/Volumes/"Unibeast Volume Name"/usr/standalone/i386/boot1h of=/dev/disk0s2 method and it gave this message: 2+0 records in 2+0 records out 1024 bytes transferred in 0.001042 secs (982830 bytes/sec) Then I quit terminal, restarted, and got the same boot1: error message once again. Any further ideas?

You may run the installer again. batterylove likes this
 0 batterylove 10 Member Members 10 31 posts Posted May 24, 2013 Most likely you forgot to DESELECT/UNCHECK 'Don't update MBR and PBR sector' when you ran the installer.
