Turn off the printer 2. Remove all the ink cartridges 3. Turn the printer on 4. Add the cartridges as it asks for them If it still doesn't work then try cleaning the connections 1. Turn off the printer 2. Remove all the ink cartridges 3. Unplug the printer 4. With a cotton swab and warm (not hot) water gently wipe the connectors until there is no more ink 5. Wait for about 2-3 minutes 6. Plug the printer in 7. Turn on the printer 8. Put the cartridges back in as instructed on screen If those two options fail to resolve the issue it may be the print head. That may not be cost effective to repair it. 0 Message Author Closing Comment by:frankbustos2012-04-24 thanks, its up and running now. 0 LVL 25 Overall: Level 25 Printers and Scanners 5 Message Active today Expert Comment by:pony10us2012-04-24
