(All the buttons (yellow lights) on the mfc 210 should light up. eg: photo capture, copy, fax, scan buttons; they should all blink at the same time!) 2: Push 80 and scroll (with arrow buttons) to PURGE. If over6000 count, push 2783. 3: Then press 99 to exit http://fixyourownprinter.com/posts/35667 maintanence mode. You should be in the maintenance mode now. Press 80 and scroll down to purge count, if the figure is more than 6000, press 2 7 8 3 to reset the purge count.
