Solution The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package: Download and install Ugrade DirectX :DirectX End-User Runtime The dll can also be downloaded from the link below: http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/M/MSOXMLMF.DLL/11.0.5510/download.html Thanks to Amuro for this tip.
