No matter which citrix server I transfer her to, she receives that error. And every other user can connect to any of my citrix servers and launch apps just fine, including the one she originally attempted. Have 2 IP's on box, using one for WI and another for CSG. Using XenApp 5 FP 3 installed on 2 Win Sev 03 with a single farm. Internally , all is working fine. Once I switched it to indirect and specified the FQDN of the server (not using "localhost " but the actual hostname) it worked. Also getting users to go to the WI was the issue, getting the connection coming to the CSG sorted it. In my head I thought it was external -> WI -> CSG -> Citrix but guess not. All sorted now. I had the exact same error message when I accidently hit a key in the port config box and changed it. This would be in "Manage Secure Client access, Specify Gateway Settings" screen.
