Although Autodesk does say to open the program and then open the file. many do use this method and this error can be troublesome. This error can be caused by a number of issues. -Registry issues Corruption, Permissions, User Account Control set to high. I use it on the newest Mac Book Pro with Parallels 5 and Windows 7 http://www.faultwire.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6893 Ultimate. When I save a drawing I cannot reopen it. The message that come up when I command OPEN says to verify the file and that it exists. I can open my drawing on other cannot find computers if I burn my files to a disk. Is there a way to fix my program so I don't rely on someone else's computer? Maybe it is cannot find the a "pathing" problem and AutoCAD cannot find its way to where the file has been saved.
