Then I started having problems with Intenet Explorer. I get 'Cannot find server or DNS Error'message. I've been told that it could be a firewall preventing me having access. I tried to uninstall Norton Internet Security and received a message 'Symantec has encountered a problem and needs to close'and I'm unable to remove Norton Internet Security.
