To make this change in the software, open the AV Capture program: Select "Options" Then "Video Capture Filter" "Bandwidth" Set the default down to the number "3" (changing from 6) and this should eliminate the error. This should not negatively impact the quality of your video captures using the AVC-1100 unit. Additional information: The problem is a bandwidth issue with the USB port (USB 1.1 or USB 2.0). Therefore, only ATI applications or applications that do not perform operations on properties work. IC Imaging Control does property operations and will not work correctly with the ATI driver.
