The manual says remove the paper jam, but there http://www.gettech.co.nz/casioer.html isn't one. I've tried cleaning/blowing/and removing all the nearby parts but no luck. A complete reset of the machine doesn't work either. Any Suggestions? steved 24 Mar 2004 + Great Question! I think you may have a small http://www.maxperience.com/en/casio-cash-registers/detail/answer/71808/casio-ce-4000-error-e94 piece of paper that's caught in the paper feed chute on the journal side of the printer. I would cut a business card to fit the chute and feed it through the printer this will push any small piece of paper out of the chute. Another thing that I do is unplug the from the wall socket for about 1 minute then plug it back in this will restart the printer and when it recycles it sometimes fixes the problem. Let know how this works for you. Thanks Bubbaj 24 Mar 2004 Hide follow-upShow Follow-up + Great Answer! (0★) Report steved No luck. I've had the whole "print area" apart, and there is no piece of paper or anything in the way. I was really hoping your "power down" idea would reset it. But... no. Any idea where the "sensor" is? There's not a lot of places it could be. There are only a couple wires going up into the paper feed area. 24 Mar 2004 Sandy1944 Hi steved, The paper sensor is on the rigth side of the printer about half way down from the top you should see a couple of small wires runing to it. If the sensor has dust on it then it will think there is paper in the printer and could be causing your problem. This is a very common problem with some Casio registers. I'm sorry I didn't think of this r
