Hello, My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be glad to assist you.I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your Jensen.The error code you're getting has to do with the laser lens not being able to auto cd player reviews read the discs.This is either because the lens is contaminated (dirty), or faulty (needing replacement or is mis-aligned).Follow the steps below to try and cure the issue.You can try several methods of cleaning the laser lens to see if it helps clear up the problem. The first is to purchase a CD/DVD laser lens cleaner disc, and run it through the system several times.If your player is not reading any discs at all though, then try purchasing a can of compressed air (available at Staples, or Wal-Mart). In the CD slot, or by removing the deck, and the top cover by removing the screws on the sides and rear of the unit. Then spray the can approximately 10" from the lens to blow any dust off of it. If it still doesn't work, you can opt to clean the lens eye itself, by using isopropyl alcohol, and a lint-free cloth to gently wipe the "eye". Then use a dry spot on the cloth to buff the eye clean. A cheap lens in the unit or b. You might need to go through the menu and find something to do with cd's. I hope someone who's had experience with one of this head units and fixed it comes in here, I'm just saying what I can think of that would be the problem.
